Fulham Gardens

This medium density development involved the demolition of an existing dwelling and subsequent land division into four allotments, followed by the construction of four luxury two-storey townhouses.

Terra managed all planning, building rules consent and development approvals, and was involved in all stages of the project, from site acquisition and design concept to construction and completion.

Developed in direct response to their setting, these luxury homes take advantage of the relatively compact suburban block and leafy surrounds, embracing green spaces, aspect and natural light. The design channels an industrial aesthetic thanks to recycled red bricks and a simple palette of white and deep grey hues, resulting in crisp, contemporary homes that sit well within their context.
